Mary, eldest daughter of John, 1st Earl Gower, was born 30 October 1717 and died 30 April 1778. She married the Very Rev. Sir Richard Wrottesley, 7th Bt., circa 1739/1744. Their son, Sir John Wrottesley, married the Hon. Frances Courtenay in 1770 and the eldest of their ten children, another Sir John, the 9th Bt., and 1st Baron Wrottesley (1771-1841), married in 1819, as his second wife, Julia, daughter of John Conyers of Copped Hall, Essex.
Condition
Very good condition; some time wear and nicking on rims.
