Condition

Woven in two panels, then sewn together (typical for these pieces) and here with approx. 3 inch difference at lower end between the two panels. Some losses to surface with dark brown and ivories oxidized and then samller scattered areas of foldwear showing red foundation. Left side originall with small areas fraying; right side with reselvaging---thus secured. Ends with small losses into end guard borders and to fringes. Some areas along central join open and would recommend restitching. Supple handle, good range of vibrant colors; handsome example.
