Condition
Two carpets joined with the 4 inch rewoven red band just beneath the upper valances and above the clouds.
Pile ranges from good, near original 1/5 inch, quite dense pile with areas of wear low to knotheads through central area and with one 5 x 4 inch area of exposed foundation.
Surface dirty with wool slightly matted down---will enhance with cleaning.
Sides and ends secured and intact.
Supple handle, soft wool, highly unusual size and good overall condition.
