Description
the exterior carved with a central taotie band, between a stiff leaf band at the foot and a high relief chilong and bats beneath the rim and a large sinuous chilong forming the handle

Condition
The cup is in good overall condition with the exception of loss to one tip of the the bifurcated tail on each chilong at the front of the vessel, shallow nicks to edge of the rim and vertical hairline age cracks extending up the body from the foot.
