Condition

A decorative set of good overall appearance. Minor surface marks and scratches and some areas of rough surface where the sheets of aluminium are welded together. Not tested or guaranteed for electricity. Ready for display. Further research has established the following provenance, by repute: These lamps were bought from Indoor, a Dutch firm, believed to have been trading in Verner Panton pieces in the 1960s and 1970s who went bankrupt around 25 years ago. They had been stored in a warehouse, in their original boxes, some of which were marked Panton. Formerly with My Modern (Netherlands) and Pierre Boogaerts (Paris) and now the current vendor.
