Condition

A pair of monumental mirrors. Slightly richer gold colour than suggested by the catalogue illustration. In good overall condition. Minor small nicks overall and at least one element with restoration, which do not distract the overall appearance. The Sirens in good overall condition. Five Sirens with damages or loss to the leaf tips at the end of the tails. The frame consists of twelve elements, each consisting of two or up to four glass sections. The mounts as well as the frame are numbered for ease of assembly. The metal slightly tarnished overall with wear to gilding. Not tested or guaranteed for electricity. Nonetheless, a magnificient pair of mirrors en suite with lot 57, ready for display.
