Description

  • A pair of large wall mirrors
  • 130.5cm. sq.;
  • 4ft 3 1/4 in.
matt and polished gilt metal, mirror

Condition

A striking and impressive pair of good overall appearance. Minor old marks, scratches and pitting in places, consistent with age. Very slight difference in metal tone between the two mirrors and to the finishing of the matt inner surround (as can be seen in the catalogue illustration). One has a more blemished and oxidised reverse than the other, suggesting they may be of slightly different ages or stored seperately in the past. Smoked mirror of good condition. Of heavy weight and good quality construction. A stylish pair, ready for display.
