Condition

A stylish group of eight chairs in good overall condition. Old marks and scratches in places. Some chairs with a few spots of staining to the leather upholstery, particulalrly to edges of back and seat. Frames have been repolished. Some signs that the chairs have been reupholstered. Personal inspection recommended. Further images avaialble upon request. Ready for use.

Catalogue Note

This set of eight chairs was given to the actor, comedian and musician Dudley Moore by an unknown Italian film producer and formed part of the furnishings of his Santa Monica house. Around 1986 they were acquired by the current vendor directly from Moore.
