Condition
A decorative piece in good overall condition. The colour is less brown and has better contrast than suggested by the catalogue illustration. The brown glaze is in vibrant colours with a lustrous quality. Minor nicks to the rim of the jar and the cover. These blemishes might be caused where the jar and cover adjoin, though the blemishes do not distract from the overall view. There are some minor bubbling to the surface of the glaze to the back of the jar, but again this is not obvious.
