  • An Egyptian Chalice Faience Fragment with King
  • Height 2 in. 5.1 cm.
the central register molded in relief with a fragmentary figure of a man holding a prisoner by the hair and about to strike him with his club, a man wearing a kilt and a high-pointed crown on the right, an enthroned king holding a crook on the other side of a vegetal divider, a Nilotic scene with vulture and other birds above, remains of a papyrus flower below.
