The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the white tends slightly more towards cream in the original.
Condition:
This work is in good condition. There is minor wear in the top left and bottom two corners. Upon close inspection, hairline cracks and spots of paint loss are visible in places throughout the composition, most notably 20 cm. beneath the centre of the composition and adjacent to the artist's signature. Examination under ultra-violet light reveals areas of retouching throughout the composition, notably to the circular white areas of paint.
