Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is brighter and more vibrant in the original, with the pink tending more towards neon pink. The catalogue illustration also fails to convey the true glossy metalic quality of the gold sheet. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Blue sheet: There is minor wear to all four corner tips and in places along the top and left extreme edges with associated minute specks of paint loss. There is a small diagonal crease to the lower right hand corner with an an associated extremely fine hairline crack. There are a few very faint handling marks in the upper section of the sheet and some very short rub marks scattered throughout the sheet, visible upon close inspection. Pink sheet: There is very light wear to the lower right corner. Upon very close inspection there are a few very light spots of staining throughout, most notably in the upper and lower right hand quadrants. There is a short light crease approximately 6cm. down from the upper left corner. Gold sheet: There is slight lifting to the lower edge.
