Condition
This work is in very good condition. Executed on a cream wove paper, there is some time staining visible along the edges. Due to the artist technique, there are some remnants of artist media (a line of blue) and some pale shadows around the body where the glue has been applied (all visible in the catalogue illustration). The white texture is a kind of distemper or gouache.
Colours: the illustration is fairly accurate but the blue is more vivid and the red less contrasted in the original.
