Condition

This work is in excellent condition overall. The surface is dusty overall but remarkably well preserved for its age. There are a few scattered losses to the extreme tips of the heavy impastoed paint including the following: -loss to white tip located 5 1/2 in. from the top and 23 in. from the right -loss to gray tip, located 10 in. from the top and 4 in. from the right -loss to area located 13 1/4 in. from the top and 5 in. from the right Under ultraviolet light, there are no apparent restorations. The work is framed in a wood strip frame with a gold face and a small float.
