Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is warmer and richer, with the skin tone tending more towards a soft beige in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.

On the occasion of its 40th birthday, the Hayward Gallery is organising the sale of artworks donated by leading figures from the Gallery's exhibition history. Funds raised from this sale will be used for improvements to this extraordinary and unique piece of architecture. Additionally, proceeds will be used to complete construction of the Gallery's Project Space which features the work of young artists from across the globe.
