The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the red pigment is deeper and the paper tone tends more towards cream in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. The sheet is attached to the backing mount in several places on the reverse. There is some slight undulation to the sheet and some light mount-staining to all four edges, as well as some very light discolouration to the sheet overall. There is a light flattened handling crease to the lower centre of the left extreme edge and the lower left extreme corner tip is slightly bending inwards. Upon close examination, a few pale fox marks and paper inclusions are visible scattered in places around the unpainted parts of the sheet.
