Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is a light layer of superficial oxidisation upon the stainless steel surface, resulting in areas of blackened media. There are light surface scratches in places, notably horizontal bands across the composition, which would appear to be inherent to the artist's choice of medium. As is visible in the catalogue illustration, the steel mesh undulates, as intended by the artist.

Catalogue Note

"On a sheet that I had used in the experiments for Tutto Trasparente, I made a small perforation. After almost ten years this remains for me an enigma of the work, an enigma that favours the image."
