Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. There is evidence of scattered fine hairline craquelure throughout the composition. There is an area of concentrated but stable craquelure in the top left blue passage, where active craquelure appears to have been stabilized with a fixative whose sheen is visible under normal light conditions. There is a stable vertical hairline crack along the green passage at the lower left. Under ultra-violet light inspection, there is no evidence of restoration. Framed.
