Provenance

Acquired by Miles Thomas Stapleton, 8th Lord Beaumont (1805- 1854). Thence by descent.

Condition

Old marks, water stains, scratches consistent with age. There are some old restorations. Construction cracks to top and flaps and a horizontal crack across the centre section of the top which will need to be filled.
