Condition

Overall the condition of the marble is good. There is dirt and some minor wear to the surface consistent with age. There are some small areas filled with plaster. One of these sites at the back has a small hairline crack (of some age). There are a few small coloured rub marks to the truncation at the back of the bust. Very decorative, of some weight and well carved.
