Very good condition.
Unframed: some irregularities in areas of blue sky, but difficult to read; a loss in the corner of the board and 2 by 1 inch repair underneath mat where artist left image unfinished, no damage to image; remnants of old glue underneath mat along edges
Board size: 22 by 30 inches.
