with pensive expression and deeply hollowed body leaning forward, adorned with jewelry of armbands, necklaces with shell pendants, earrings and thin headbands securing the striated coiffure, painted with red and black designs on the face

Overall surface is overcleaned and worn , there are some knicks and losses, note especially the tip of the nose, tassels on right armband, repairs to left arm - significant repaint prob. indicating restorations.
