Drypoint printed with tone, 1916, a rich impression with burr of this rare subject, signed in pencil within the platemark beneath the image, on F.J. Head & Co. laid paper, with full margins, in good condition apart from slight light-staining

Condition

A velvety impression printing with burr. A deckle at lower sheet edge. In good condition apart from a small stain beneath the platemark at lower right. Two small areas of discoloration to left and right margins verso just visible recto. Small tabs of brown paper tape at lower tips of sheet recto. Remains of brown paper tape at top corners verso, uneven backboard-staining.
