Condition
Overall good restored condition; alterations to works and case, replacements; the hood with a replaced finial, and lacking one finial to the central cresting; front columns slightly loose; old repaired break to blind fret banding above the cupboard door of the case; old repaired break to carved Ionic capital of right quarter column flanking the cupboard door of the case; the cupboard to the case with some minor shrinkage and small age cracks; small chip to blind fretwork beneath right quarter-column; age crack to side panel of plinth; the central panel to the plinth with slight warpage and age cracks with subsequent small stress tears and with some inpainting; some of the quoins re-glued and replaced; overall with a later finish and with some old marks, scratches and scuffs.
