Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is brighter.
Condition:
The work is in very good condition. There is a small irregularity to the lower centre of the right edge of the central bandage with a tiny spot of associated paint loss, visible in the catalogue illustration. Close inspection reveals very thin and stable hair line cracks to the joint of two bandages located 10 cm. below the top left corner. Close inspection reveals short graphite line marks towards the lower left corner and to the left edge and top section of the central bandage, possibly inherent to the artist's working method. No restoration is apparent under ultra violet light.
