Condition

The canvas appears to be in good overall condition. There appears to have been a few minor spots of craquelure and flecks of paint loss along the upper edge which have been retouched. Examination under ultra-violet light reveals a few spots of retouching along the upper edge of the paint surface. Held under glass in a gilded frame with a cream cross-section.
