The work is on wove paper which has been mounted onto a passepartout. The sheet undulates slightly across the surface. There is a small area in the upper right quadrant where the gouache has flaked slightly and the sheet is visible. Held in a cream mount. The following condition report has been provided by the paper restorer Jane McAusland: This group of drawings from one European Collection have all been well conserved in good quality mounts and have benefited from not being exposed to light. There is a little surface abrasion in some of the collection. Also the odd fox mark and other small imperfections. Otherwise there condition is remarkably good. Note: This work was viewed outside studio conditions.
