  • height of ewer 7 3/8 in.; diameter of basin 7 3/4 in.
  • 18.5, 19.8 cm
the tri-lobed ewer painted with classical scenes separated by grotesques on dusty ground, monster-head handle and spout, the body supported by three silver-gilt satyrs, the basin painted with mythological scenes including two views of the rape of Europa, accented by grotesque masks

restorations to base of ewer and right side of lip, could use straightening, otherwise good, nice quality
