pseudo interlaced Ls to the underside, one foot stamped PICARD and with various numbers.

Condition

Overall in good condition and presentation with tarnishing to gilt-bronze; the ceramic with wear and minor loss to the gilt-highlight decorations; inside the centerpiece there are two hairline cracks.
