Condition

The panel is in good condition, flat and even. There are scattered flecks of retouching visible under ultraviolet light, partially obscured under a varnish, notably to the lower left quadrant and along the periphery of the panel. Apart from a vertical hairline crack emanating from the centre of the lower edge (approx. 13cm.), this work is in very good condition, with fine detail and rich colours. Held in a decorative, gold-painted moulded plaster and wood frame.
