Condition

Original canvas. There are no signs of retouching visible under ultraviolet light. Apart from very fine craquelure visible only under raking light, this work is in very good original condition, with a strong surface and rich colours, and ready to hang. Held in a simple, silver and gold-painted moulded plaster and wood frame.
