Overall in good restored condition and retaining much of the original gilding; each with minor old repaired breaks to the cresting and with minor rubbing, wear and very minor chips to the gilding; the reeded ebonized molding to each with age cracks; some of the drops lacking and some with very minor wear and chips to the extremities. The left mirror (as illustrated in the catalogue) with cresting slightly loose; the stag is lacking one antler; the mirror glass seems to be replaced and with pitting and minor losses to the slivering. The right mirror (as illustrated in the catalogue) with a slightly loose cresting and apron; the stag has both antlers, one of which is attached, the other is loose but present; the mirror glass seems to be original with crystallization and very minor pitting.
