Description
- height 29 1/2 in.; width 35 3/4 in.; depth 17 3/4 in.; depth open 35 1/2 in.
- 74.9 cm; 90.8 cm; 45.1 cm; 90.2 cm
each rotating top figured and line inlaid with stylized fleurs-de-lys at the corners, canted at the front, opening to a baize lined playing surface, the conforming frieze similarly inlaid with lines, supported on twin turned baluster supports on a platform with incurved sides, the square down-swept legs, scrolled at the top and with line inlay and with cast brass paw feet with castors.
Condition
Each with later baize-lined surfaces, some age cracks to compartment linings, one with old repaired break to back left leg at join with stretcher and with two plugs to front legs now over-painted and grained, chip to top of one stem, each with extensive old worm to legs, overall with old some minor chips to the veneers, marks, scratches, scuffs, bruises and stains consistent with age and use.
