Description

  • height 33 in.; width 21 1/2 in.
  • 84 cm; 55 cm
the cartouche-shaped plate within a molded, scrolled border decorated with oval portrait medallians, fitted all around with foliate scrolls and flowerheads. Formerly with candle branch.

Condition

In good overall condition. Mirror plate with small losses to the silver and foxing, and with wear to the painted surfaces which is consistent with age and use, and is visible in catalogue illustration. Structural repair to back to maintain integrity.
