  • A BLUE AND WHITE SAUCER DISH, 18TH CENTURY
  • 20cm and 17.3 cm diameter respectively
decorated with writhing dragons and 'flaming pearls' amongst cloud scrolls, apocryphal six character Chenghua mark to the base; together with a blue and white shallow bowl, decorated with flower sprays and formal borders on the exterior, the interior with a floral medallion, brown edged rim

Condition

saucer dish: rim chip extends 2.5cm and small chip of 2mm; hairline crack from rim approximately 1.5cm shallow bowl: minor firing crack on footrim
