  • A WEDGWOOD DISH, CHINESE GARDEN PATTERN CIRCA 1807–1815
  • Dish 24.5cm long
an oblong dish with wavy rim in underglaze blue, impressed mark Wedgwood 50, together with a Staffordshire covered tureen and two matching fan shaped dishes, circa 1820, with chinoiserie decoration

Condition

the cover of the Wedgwood dish has 2cm hairline from one corner and a 2.5cm hairline from edge, fine all-over crazing, the base also has fine all-over crazing. The two fan shaped dishes both have surface scratchesand crazing and one has darkened hairline approx 1cm to upper right hand corner. The tureen cover and bowl have discolouration carzing, some glaze aberration, firing crack to the lip of spoon aperture.
