Description

  • height 75 in.; width 37 in.; depth 22 in.
  • 190.5 cm; 94 cm; 56 cm
with two eagle finials above a pierced gallery on as molded cornice above two cupboard doors opening two reveal two shelves, the lower section with two further cupboard doors opening to reveal two shelves, on ormolu lion paw feet.

Condition

With one key. Restorations to the rail. Old dents and new chips to the sides of the rails due to the ormolu eagles, however this is hidden by their talons. The eagles are slightly loose. Restoration to the top molding. Hairline cracks and infilling to the molding and frieze. Traces of previous mounts around the paterae of the top lower section. Cracks and lifting of old veneer to the ends of the top lower section where they meet the upper section. Dents, scratches, some filling and traces of previous mounts to the doors of the lower section. In otherwise good condition.
