  • diameters 2 9/16 and 4 1/4 in.
  • 6.6 and 10.9 cm
painted in the center of each with a crouching cherub clasping a large stem of flowering lotus, the exterior of the cup and the interior of the saucer with an iron-red border decorated with lotus blossoms and patterned with gilt 'fish-roe' and leaves below a flowering vine border and a trellis diaper band around the rim.
