Description
carved from elephant ivory (loxodonta africana), the spoon with deep scoop and openwork handle; typed label 'L71.24.40' on bottom of base; fine golden creamy patina.

Condition
Very good condition overall. Fragile due to the refinement of the carving. Two very thinly worn 'points' inside the spoon.
