Condition

An important piece of striking form. The patina is less rich than the illustration suggests and has a more mid-brown tone. Old marks and scratches overall consistent with age and use. With three keys, which are of different form as they may be associated with the piece. The upper panels to the left and right side have horizontal cracks as can just be made out in the catalogue illustration. An impressive piece in honest condition.
