Description

  • Two 'Peacock and Dragon' Curtain Panels
  • 320cm. by 162cm.; 320cm. by 131cm.;
  • 10ft 6in., 5ft 3¾in.; 10ft 6in., 4ft 3½in.
hand-loomed jacquard wool, in blue, salmon, rust and green

Condition

One panel with one raw edge on the right side facing. The other with two raw edges. The former, the wider panel, with minor staining and a number of small holes and pulls to fabric. Lower edge worn. Colour is bright, the contrast on the narrower panel is not so strong. This panel has more wear, particularly to a strip on the right side around half-height. Two quite large holes to bottom right corner. Catalogue illustration is true to colours.
