Condition

A well-coloured example of this striking model. The colours are rather richer than they appear in the catalogue illustration. There are signs of restorations to the neck and the foot. Due to overpainting the extent of the original damage is not clear. The masks on the shoulder of the vase are crisply modelled. Overall a large and decorative piece.
