ebonised mahogany, square pierced backs above upholstered seats on square and cylindrical legs joined by stretchers
Condition
A stylish chair of good overall appearance and good structural condition. Old marks and scratches consistent with age. Some wear to ebonising, such as to the top rail, and feet are rubbed. Rear of seat frame with remnants of adhesive label. Square insert on upper left backrail slightly loose. Some minor retouching to finish. The piece has been reupholstered. Ready for display.
