oak, the panelled hinged door carved with an upturned heart motif, enclosing an open shelf and pigeon holes
Condition
A charming small cabinet. The colour in the catalogue is a fair representation of the piece. There is some wear around the catch of the door probably due to the fact that a screw is missing from the catch of the inside of the cabinet. Some chips to the edges of the door and the cabinet itself and some tarnish to the hinges. The back of the cabinet is of softwood and is secured by small pins which are now rosted. There are some small marks and scratches to this board and some traces of stain to the interior of the cabinet. An unusual piece, ready for use and display.
