PAINT SURFACE
very minor craquelure but otherwise in good overall condition.
ULTRAVIOLET
UV light reveals a U-shaped line of retouching (approx. 6 by 4 in.) to the left of the cattle. Further scattered spots to foreground and cattle.
FRAME
Held in a gold decorative composite frame.
