the cavetto depicting a trumpeter from the Podolie Curassier Guards, the border in tooled and burnished gilding with alternating Imperial Eagles and military trophies, inscribed on the reverse: Trompette du Reg.t de la garde des Cuirassiers / de Podolie, 1828, with blue Imperial cypher for Nicholas I

Condition

Some very light surface scratches to the gilding but in overall good condition.
