Description

  • height of ink-well: 15.25cm., 6in
comprising a glass ink-well, a blotter, a beaker, a pen-tray, a quill-blotter, a quill, a paperknife, a match-striker, a desk bell and a desk seal with hard stone matrix, each chased with borders of acanthus leaves and with engraved initials HJ, marked K. Faberge with the Imperial Warrant, with workmaster's initials,  88 standard

Condition

In overall very good condition. The bell works but with shallow dents to the body. There is a chip to the removable ink-well liner. The blotter is lacking cover, visible in the photograph.
