Description

  • 31.5 by 27cm., 12 1/2 by 10 3/4 in.
the attendants' robes chased with foliate ornament, the halos with blue enamel edging, scrolling foliate borders and vari-coloured corner pieces

Condition

There is a split to the enamel border at the top of the icon and corresponding enamel loss. Minor losses to two of the enamel beads in the top corner pieces. The gilding is a little worn consistent with age and use. The lower silver-gilt border has a small crack. The icon is in overall good condition. We would advise prospective buyers to view.
