Description
- 26 by 17 by 10.5cm, 10¼ by 6¾ by 4 1/8 in.
of canted rectangular form, the lid and sides enamelled en plein with landscape scenes at different times of day, further embellished with stylised floral tendrils and set with cabochons, the front panel embossed with a firedrake and set with gems, with Latin inscription on the interior: Till Holger pa 30 årsdagen 19//3/7/45 'Mams', 84 standard

Condition
The enamel on the front and back panels is chipped in two places measuring approximately 2cm and 1.5cm respectively. There are silver polish residues throughout. A very attractive and unusual piece in overall good condition consistent with age and use.
