Description
- length of comb box: 23cm, 9in.; diameter of powder box: 7cm, 2 3/4 in.
comprising: a comb box, a powder box, a clothes brush, a hair brush, a water-store vase, a hand mirror, two perfume bottles and two pin holders, the glass cut with star facets and the lids all similarly decorated in Neo-Rococo style and applied with Latin monogram RK, 84 standard
Condition
One of the pin boxes is chipped to the underside in two corners measuring approximately 3 by 1 cm. and 1.5 by 2 cm. The comb box is also chipped to one corner, however it does not detract from the overall appearance of the piece. There are further minor chips and surface scratches to the glass throughout consistent with age and use. There are a few patches of hair missing from the clothes brush, but overall in very good condition.
